Abstract: Consists of memoranda and correspondence between organizations and committees associated with the Department of Health and environmental issues. Includes correspondence between the Department and other entities concerning possible environmental impacts related to construction projects; EPA’s monitoring, tracking, and evaluation of the administration, management, and implementation of the state’s various authorized environmental programs; information concerning how to solve problems of health risks associated with environmental or hazardous substance/waste problems; correspondence pertaining to the environmentally-related issues involved with the operation of the coal gasification plant; and correspondence and information concerning specific environmental accidents/spills and their associated clean-up procedures to which the Health Department responded.
