Abstract: Consists of correspondence, reports, schedules, evaluations, memoranda, rosters, agenda, and printed materials relating to administration of the college, personnel, faculty and student affairs, and curriculum.
Provenance: The North Dakota State Archives acquired this record series from the Agricultural Experiment Station on June 4, 1984. This record series was processed and the inventory prepared by Karen Mund and Grace Wanttaja in February 1988. An addition to the series occurred in March 2004 and was inventoried by Larissa Harrison and Grace Wanttaja.

Transfer: Books, booklets, pamphlets and bulletins about higher education were transferred to the Library.
Two photos were transferred to the Photo Archives. The photos were of participants in Honors Day and recipients of scholarships and their parents.
One map of the Turtle Mountains was transferred into the map and poster collection.
SCOPE AND CONTENT
The College of Agriculture Administrative Files were generated by the Dean of the College of Agriculture, NDSU, and consists of correspondence, reports, schedules, evaluations, memoranda, rosters, agenda, and printed materials relating to administration of the college, personnel, faculty and student affairs, and curriculum. Included in the series are files on the Faculty Academic Standards Committee, appointments and resignations, academic affairs, councils, continuing studies, commencement programs, Honors Day, opportunities for graduate careers, and scholarships. The scholarships are awarded by business firms, interested individuals and groups, and memorials. Applications for scholarships are included in the Agriculture Institute file.
