Biographical Sketch: Gregory A. Zeis (Donor/Photographer)
Gregory Allen Zeis was born in 1967 to Allen Benedict and Juanita K. Howatt Zeis. His father was in the army at the time and after his father’s discharge the family moved to Moorhead (Minn.) where his father worked for Fairmont Foods. In 1974, his father was appointed as branch manager at the Fairmont Foods branch in Devils Lake (N.D.). The family moved and made their home in Devils Lake (N.D.), and Gregory and his sister Jackie helped his father with the family business (Al’s Dairy Delivery). Greg joined the North Dakota National Guard and served during Desert Storm in Iraq in 1990-1991. After returning he attended and graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton (N.D.). He married Shari Rehling on July 29, 1995 in Bismarck (N.D.). They have two daughters, Alexis and Mikayla. He is employed with the Bank of North Dakota.
