Abstract: Interior views of the Halverson-Peterson and Oium and Miller stores in Tolna (N.D.), postcards of the school house, business district, and railroad bridge in Tolna, the Catholic Church in Devils Lake (N.D.) and part of the sunken forest of Stump Lake (N.D.).

BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
Mary Eliza Laycock (William) was born in 1877 in Ontario Canada. She died in May 1949. She was buried in MB Canada. Mary married James Moore Murchison, son of Donald Murchison and Ann Barr on August 16, 1898, in Birtle, Manitoba, Canada. James was born on November 12, 1869 in Bruce County, Ontario Canada. He died on May 8, 1958. He was buried in MB Canada. They had four children: Isabella, Mary Donalda, Francis Vivian, and Anna Jeanne (Jeanne) MURCHISON was born on 19 May 1910. James M. and Mary Eliza Murchison left Tolna (N.D.) in 1907 to take the Methodist Charge at Tisdale, Saskatchewan.
