Files include copies of historical documents and publications, as well as Beltran's notes, bibliographical material, and information on sources. See case file for list of publications transferred to the State Archives Publications. June 29, 2011 accession consists of Beltran's research files and notes, compiled for the State Archives, State Historical Society of North Dakota. February 11, 2012 accession consists of material relating to the history of the State Historical Society of North Dakota, including correspondence, news clippings, legislation, printed material, reports and publications. Box was in accessions holding and was added to the collection.
Provenance: The collection was donated by Janet Beltran on July 6, 2011. The collection was processed, and this finding aid was created by Emily E. Schultz in June 2011.
