Abstract: Consists of minutes, financial statements, bulletins, gazettes, newsletters, local and international directories, reports, material documenting the history of the organization, records from the diamond jubilee, programs, convention material, membership lists and information, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, photographs, and negatives.

Provenance: The collection was donated by William J. Lardy in September 2003. Additional material was donated in January 2010, January 2013 and November 2013.

Property Rights: The State Historical Society of North Dakota owns the property rights to this collection.

Copyrights: Copyrights to this collection remain with the donor, publisher, author, or author's heirs.  Researchers should consult the 1976 Copyright Act, Public Law 94-553, Title 17, U.S. Code or an archivist at this repository if clarification of copyright requirements is needed.
