Abstract: More than one hundred and fifty architectural drawings, some on microfilm, designed by the Arnold L. Hanson firm for buildings in North Dakota and surrounding states. Each set of drawings may include: elevations, floor(s) basement, roof; sections; details; mechanical equipment; electrical wiring; piping; heating and ventilation systems; foundations; footings; brick patterns; remodeling of extant structures; frames; special rooms and features; proposed buildings; and preliminary sketches. The vast majority of drawings were for structures built in North Dakota. Other projects include single buildings in Minnesota.
Provenance: Arnold L. Hanson donated the collection to the State Historical Society of North Dakota in June 2003.
