Abstract: Consists of by-laws, minutes, membership lists, and information on the 1989 State Beta Sigma Phi Convention which was held in Bismarck. The Bismarck-Mandan City Council purpose “is to promote inter-chapter harmony and to provide a way for the members of chapters to correlate their planning and activities for city-wide events. The chapters in Bismarck Mandan include: Delta, Laureate Theta, Preceptor Beta, Xi Eta, and Xi Omicron.

Provenance: The State Historical Society of North Dakota acquired the Bismarck-Mandan City Council of Beta Sigma Phi Records from V. Sue Gress in May 2001.
