Together, Olive and Milton had two daughters: Ione and Dorothy (Haugen), and three sons: Dale, Lawrence and Ivan.  Mr. Goldsmith served for many years as a member of the township school board and the Goldsmiths were members of the Evangelical United Brethren Church, Tuttle (ND).  Olive Goldsmith passed away on July 12, 1947 and Milton died on January 20, 1958 in Bismarck (ND).
