Human Trafficking in North Dakota: Out of the Shadows

Former North Dakota United States Attorney Tim Purdon will discuss the rise of Human Trafficking as a law enforcement and social service issue in North Dakota. The short term law enforcement response will be highlighted. The long term need for increased victims services and for changing attitudes toward trafficking victims and by those who purchase commercial sex will be explored as well. Includes time for audience questions following the presentation.
