MEDORA – As part of the winter season of Red Roof Presentations, this beginning to intermediate level class is designed to help participants start exploring their roots. Professional Genealogist Patrice Hartman will guide attendees from starting family research to helping them take the next step to fully discover their family roots. This free class will be held March 22, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (MT) at the Chateau de Mores Interpretive Center in Medora, ND.
Partrice Hartman has thirty years of research experience in the US, Canada, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, and Germany. For the past 14 years, she has been a Professional Genealogist with HartSearch Genealogy, working with clients worldwide. She is a member of the North Dakota State Genealogical Society, and has served as President, Treasurer, and Secretary. An instructor of genealogy classes, internet genealogy, and Norwegian research for the past 20 years, Ms. Hartman has a BA in History and Art and BS in Secondary Education.
