BISMARCK – The State Archives Reading Room in the North Dakota Heritage Center, usually open on the second Saturday every month, will only be open on July 20, 2013, the third Saturday in July.
The annual Germans from Russia Heritage Society Convention will take place in Bismarck at this time. Attendees are encouraged to complete State Archives Reading Room research during this time.
The State Archives Reading Room is located in the North Dakota Heritage Center on the Capitol Grounds. It is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the second Saturday (except July 2013) from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information, call State Archives at 701.328.2091 or visit the State Historical Society of North Dakota’s website at history.nd.gov.
