MEDORA – On Tuesday, August 21, 2012, visitors can join in celebrating the 156th birthday of Medora, Madame de Mores, with cake, coffee and juice served throughout the day at the Chateau de Mores in Medora.
Madame de Mores was the wife of the Marquis de Mores, who attempted in the 1880s to build a beef empire in what is now southwestern North Dakota.
