Peter Garrioch was a fur trader in all areas of North Dakota. His diary contains enteries from Fort Union and Fort Clark. It also contains entries from Fort Pembina and Fort Garry in Manitoba. His diary provides great information about trading in various locations in North Dakota and with different companies.
