Records include founding documents, minutes, correspondence, membership information, board and staff material, annual reports, audit reports, studies, agreements, legislation, public relations material, promotional and educational ephemera, programs and records from dairy conventions and dairy shows, dairy princess contest information and programs, history, printed material, publications, and dairy related negatives, photographs, slides, and film which document administration of the Association, promotion of dairy products, education, and preparation for the Dairy Princess contest. Also contains the annual filing with USDA of the “Application for Initial or Continued Qualification of State or Regional Dairy Product Promotion Research, or Nutrition Education Program” and related correspondence.
