Abstract: Series consists of precipitation reports from around the state collected by volunteers. Originally called the Rain Gauge Network, now call the Atmospheric Resource Board Cooperative Observe Network (ARBCON). The network collects year-round precipitation (rain, hail, snow) data totals. This information is used for research purposes as well as operational decisions by various agencies throughout the state including the public. Includes precipitation volunteer and reporting cards, correspondence with observers and maps.
