Provenance: The Iver A. and Christine Madson family photograph collection was donated to the SHSND by Tom McFall. Iver Madson Sr. was either an uncle or great uncle to McFall's grandmother Marin Marie (Jorgensen) McFall.

Property Rights: The State Historical Society of North Dakota owns the property rights to this collection.
