Abstract: Papers consist of Personal and business correspondence of Judge William L. Nuessle and Dr. Robert F. Nuessle, chairman of the North Dakota Selective Service Board, genealogical records, military records, and certificates of commendation.
Provenance: The papers were donated to the State Historical Society of North Dakota by William E. Nuessle in 1971. Additional material was donated by Robert F. Nuessle in 1974 and 1988. The Museum Division of the State Historical Society of North Dakota transferred material to the collection in 1990.
Property rights: The State Historical Society of North Dakota owns the property rights to the collection.
