Provenance: The collection was donated to the State Historical Society of North Dakota by Melvin C. Brown, son of Tully Brown, in July 1964.

BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Tully Bascom Brown was born to Homer and Polly Brown on October 4, 1873 in New York. He had two siblings, Murray and Fred. He married Cora and had two children, Burdette (1901) and Melvin (1913). Brown died in August 1964.
